1/3/2018-The California City Whiptails release their 2018 Regular Season Schedule. In 2018 the California City Whiptails will mark the 2nd year of Pecos League Baseball in California City. The schedule is viewable online in calendar format and in list view.

The Whiptails will play two Spring Training Games. One on May 19th in Bakersfield and one May 20th at home against High Desert Yardbirds. The Whiptails will play in the Pecos Leagues Pacific Division which now has all four Pecos League California Teams (Monterey Amberjacks, Bakersfield Train Robbers and High Desert Yardbirds).

  • The Whiptails will play the Monterey Amberjacks 21 times (13 in California City 6 in Monterrey 2 in Tehachapi)
  • The Whiptails will play the High Desert Yardbirds 18 times (6 in California City 12 in Adelanto)
