10/6/2012-The Pecos League held their first of three nationwide tryout camps in Houston Texas on October 6, 2012. There were several players that will be invited to Spring Training and several players that will be signed by teams. The Pecos League is in process of attempting to expand to eight teams which means more openings for players.. The camp was run by Andrew Dunn and JD Droddy and featured 29 participants. The other tryout camps will be November 10th in Phoenix Arizona and December 1 in Atlanta Georgia.
