6/3/2012-Logan Lotti went 5-5 with three home runs as the Vaqueros beat Santa Fe 10-5 to split the series. Derrick Johnson got the win for the Vaqueros who improved to a lead leading 11-6 on the season.

"The fans are great, the field really isn't that bad, the infield does not have bad hops it plays better than you would think. The Problem #1 is the announcer, Problem #2 We don't have any BP balls left Problem #3 is the scorekeeper....The announcer must improve with our names and the names of the Fuego. We have lost an entire bucket of baseballs during BP. Otherwise this place is improving. These are best umpires we have had bar none."
