The Vallejo Seaweed have released their inaugural 2023 Schedule.
2023 will mark the return on independent baseball to Wilson Park.
The Seaweed will play in the The Pacific Division of the Pecos League
In 2023 the Pacific Division will consist of eight exclusively from California.
The teams in the Pacific division are:
These eight teams will play their entire season within the division.
Four teams from the Pacific Division will qualify for the playoffs.
The winner of the Pacific Division Playoffs will meet the winner of the Mountain Division Playoffs for a three game Pecos League Championship Series.
The Seaweed will open the 2023 season in Monterey against the Amberjacks on May 23.
Vallejo will open at home on May 30 against the San Rafael Pacifics on May 30.
The Pecos League Pacific Division All Star Game will be July 9th and will be announced in the upcoming months.
The Seaweed will play all teams in the division home and away at least once.
