Las Vegas Train Robbers have canceled White Sands Series due to Rainout
6/8/2014-The Las Vegas Train Robbers entire series vs the White Sands Pupfish has been rained out.
Weather has not been good for the Train Robbers as 7 out of 9 Home Games have been rained out in Las Vegas:
The climate is Vegas is much different than other Northern New Mexico Cities with constant monsoon rains. This is why Las Vegas is referred to as the Meadow City.
With only two games played so far the Train Robbers will obviously set the Pecos League record for lowest ever attendence held by Ruidoso in 2011.
The Train Robbers have already set the league record for rainouts in a season.
The Train Robbers will most likely have more games rained out at home than they will play.
So far the The Robbers have played a doubleheader at home against Trinidad on May 27th and a game on June 2nd against Santa Fe.
These games have been rained out.
