The Saguaros will return to Kino for 2022 Season
10/28/2021-The back to back Pecos League Champion Tucson Saguaros will return to Kino Stadium for the 2022 season.
The Saguaros will play a fixed home schedule on Thursday and Friday nights beginning on June 8, 2022.
The Saguaros will remain in the Southern Division of the Pecos League.
Below is the first six years of Saguaros baseball in Tucson where they have played in both the Pacific and the Southern Division winning three championships in six years.
- The Saguaros played in the Pecos League's Southern Division in 2021 winning the Pecos League Championship at Amphi High School.
- The Saguaros played in Houston, Texas only Central Division in 2020 winning the Pecos League Championship in Coastal Baseball Park.
- The Saguaros played in Pacific Division in 2019 where they finished 30-30 and failed to qualify for the playoffs.
- The Saguaros moved back into the Southern Division 2018 where they lost to eventual Pecos League Champion Bakersfield in the 2nd Round of playoffs.
- The Saguaros moved to the Pacific Division in 2017 where they lost to eventual Pecos League Champion High Desert in the 2nd Round of playoffs.
- The Saguaros began play in the Pecos League Southern Division in 2016 winning the Pecos League Championship at Kino Stadium.
On December 1, 2021 the Pecos League will release its 2022 schedule with final opponents.
