9/17/2012-The Trinidad Triggers have kicked off their 2013 signing class by signing Sam Briend. Sam comes from a familiar source for the Trinidad Triggers the New York Federals. He pitched for the Federals in 2011. He is from Cummings, Ga and pitched for the Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels in Atlanta Georgia.
The Triggers will be attending the Pecos League Tryouts in Houston and Phoenix and the Houston Spring League in preparation for the 2013 season.
