3/17/2017-The Pecos League has been invited and accepted to play the final two Spring Training Games against the Toros de Tijuana of the Mexican Baseball League. The Games will be played in Kino Sports Complex which is the home of Tucson Saguaros of the Pecos League.

The Toros de Tijuana (or Tijuana Bulls) are a professional baseball team based in Tijuana, Baja California, in Mexico. They started play as a member of Liga Mexicana de Beisbol (Spanish for the Mexican Baseball League), a Minor League Baseball-organized farm system in Mexico and played their home games at Estadio Nacional de Tijuana (National Stadium in Tijuana).

The Pecos League team will play as the Houston Apollos and will have many current and former Pecos League players playing in the games. Most of the players are Arizona and California based. Games are as follows:

• March 25 at 11AM Kino Field #9
• March 26 at 11AM Kino Field #9

Both games will start at 11:00 AM
