Sunday was a great day for Tyler Garkow, as Garkow struck out 15 batters to carry the Roswell Invaders (8-4) to a 4-2 victory over the Santa Fe Fuego (8-3) at Joe Bauman Park.

The Roswell Invaders couldnt get anything going as long as Charlie McCready was pitching. The Roswell Invaders managed just one hit off of McCready, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his three innings of work.

Alex Teal (1-1) took the loss for the Santa Fe Fuego. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
