May 29 2025 The Bakersfield Train Robbers defeated the Dublin Leprechauns 9-7 at Ofallon Field. Bakersfield collected 13 hits and scored in five innings, including three runs in the first, two in the second, two in the sixth and one in the ninth. Dublin finished with 10 hits and scored twice in the second, fourth and seventh innings before adding one run in the ninth.
Tyler McKenna led Bakersfield with three hits, two home runs and five RBI.
Ashanti Ross went 4-for-4 with three runs, one RBI and three stolen bases, while
Joe Starick added a hit and an RBI. McKennas two home runs accounted for Bakersfields only homers of the game.
Abraham De La Cruz paced Dublin with three hits, two runs and one RBI.
Chris Alfonseca added two hits and a run, while
Carson Richter scored twice and
John Inglis contributed a hit and two RBI. Dublin committed four errors compared with two for Bakersfield.
Hunter Adams earned the win after allowing one hit and no runs in 1.2 innings.
Art Joven struck out eight and allowed four runs in 4.1 innings, and
Dillon Stimpson recorded the save with one inning of relief. Inglis took the loss for Dublin after surrendering seven hits and six earned runs in three innings.
