The Garden City Wind have declared their 10 rookies from 2024 roster that they are retaining for 2025 season.Easton Barnes has released the list.Although it is possible these players sign with higher level MLB Partner Leagues, if they return to the Pecos LeagueThese players Pecos League rights remain with the Wind.
2025 is the first time this rule has been implemented. It was necessary as a balancing act to prevent teams from taking other teams rookies.Once a player has obtained Veteran Status they are declared free agents and can move to any team without restriction.
