TRIGGERS PREPARE FOR 2024 SEASON WITH SPRING TRAINING IN BLACKWELL, OK MAY 22-26
Trinidad, CO April 14, 2024 The Trinidad Triggers are excited to announce that they will be holding their upcoming spring training in Blackwell, Oklahoma, from May 22nd to May 26th. The Triggers, a much lovedbaseball team, are gearing up for the new season with high spirits and are ready to take full advantage of the facilities and community support in Blackwell.
Following their intensive training period, the Triggers will have the honor of being the opening opponent at the Blackwell Flycatchers home opener, where they will engage in a compelling four-game series from May 27th through May 30th. This series is eagerly anticipated by fans and is sure to kindle the competitive spirit of the season.
Triggers Coach Stubblefield expressed his enthusiasm about the decision to conduct spring training in Blackwell. "We're thrilled about the prospects this spring training presents for the Triggers," said CoachStubblefield. "Blackwell offers the perfect setting for our team to bond and sharpen our skills. We're looking forward to engaging with the local community and putting on a great show for our fans."
The spring training session is an essential time for the team to evaluate prospects, fine-tune strategies, and build the kind of chemistry that can carry them through the rigors of a demanding season. The team is lookingforward to the support of their fans that often travel to see the team's preseason progress and are prepared for a good turnout.
After the series against the Blackwell Flycatchers, the team will make their way to Trinidad, where they will finalize preparations for their much-anticipated home opener against the North Platte, Nebraska 80s on June1st. The Triggers are determined to start their home season on a high note and bring excitement to their loyalfans in Trinidad.
