8/20/2020-The Pecos League Wildcard Game will feature Aces and quite possibly the best arms in the Pecos League this summer. It is a one game winner take all format with the winner advancing to the play the Tucson Saguaros a three game series.

Matt Cronin will start for the Roswell Invaders. Cronin was 3-2 with 24 1/3 innings pitched for the Invaders. He struck out 27 and walked 12. He was the United Shore League Pitcher of the Year. He is from Framingham, MA

Mark Simon will start for the Salina Stockade. Simon pitched in 3 games logging 6.2 innings striking out 13 while only allowing 1 hit. He is from Cypress, Texas and pitched in the Mexican Major Leagues for Rieleros de Aguascalientes. He played college baseball at Texas Tech and Oklahoma City University.
