August 25 2015 The San Rafael Pacifics defeated the Vallejo Admirals 8-7 after collecting 14 hits at Wilson Park. San Rafael scored once in the first inning, added four runs in the fifth, one in the sixth and two in the seventh to secure the victory. Vallejo answered with three runs in the second, one in the fourth, one in the fifth and two in the seventh, but could not complete the comeback.
San Rafael’s M. Jova went 2-for-5 with three RBI, while J. Taylor scored twice and contributed a hit, two RBI and a walk. Z. Pace led the Pacifics with three hits and an RBI. J. Williams and J. Bekakis each added two hits, with Bekakis also driving in a run. The Pacifics finished with 14 hits and committed two errors.
Vallejo collected 13 hits in the close contest. L. Moseby had three hits and an RBI, while P. Phillips went 2-for-4 with a run and an RBI. T. Williams scored twice and added a hit, RBI and walk, and K. Barker contributed two hits and an RBI. San Rafael’s Patrick Conroy earned the win, Drue Bravo took the loss and
