5/11/2019-Former White Sands Pupfish pitcher Dylan Thompson has signed with Boston Red Sox. (As reported by the Montreal Gazette.) Thompson pitched in White Sands in 2016 logging 31 innings with 5 starts before being sent to Sioux Falls. He sent the 2017 and 2018 seasons with Sioux Falls, in 2019 he was sent to begin the season with the Winnipeg Goldeyes before signing with the Red Sox.
