3/17/2018-Ian Horne will serve as the 2018 Field Manager for the Garden City Wind. Horne played the 2016 season with the Topeka Train Robbers and the 2017 season with the Hollywood Stars. Ian played college baseball at Norfolk State and West Hills College. Ian is from Vancouver, B.C and is one the Pecos League's best switch hitters.
