1/16/2017-The Pecos League is proud to announce the California City Whiptails for the 2017 season. The Whiptails have released their 2017 schedule It is viewable at online here.

The Whiptails will play in newly renovated Balstis Park. The Amberjacks will play in the Western Division of the Pecos League along with the Monterey Amberjacks, Bakersfield Train Robbers and High Desert Yardbirds.

The Amberjacks will open the 2017 season on May 25 in California City against the High Desert Yardbirds.

  • The Amberjacks play the Bakersfield Train Robbers 22 times
  • The Amberjacks play the High Desert Yardbirds 23 times
  • The Amberjacks play the Monterey Amberjacks 19 times
