A superb effort by Cody Bishop hoisted the Roswell Invaders (19-9) to a 25-2 win over the Trinidad Triggers (18-10) on Thursday at Central Park.
Bishop put himself in scoring position with four extra-base hits for the Roswell Invaders. He singled in the first and third innings, homered in the second and fourth innings, and doubled in the sixth and seventh innings.
The Roswell Invaders continued to pile on the runs until the end of the game. The Roswell Invaders scored five runs in the last three innings to finish off the blowout win.
