Edmund Cheatham walk-off single send the Trinidad Triggers home winners 14-13

A walk-off single from Edmund Cheatham brought home the winning run for the Trinidad Triggers (11-3) in a 14-13 victory over the Topeka Train Robbers at Central Park on Tuesday.

Buitron got on base one time in the game for the Trinidad Triggers.

Both squads had things going at the plate, tallying 27 runs and 29 hits, including zero extra base hits. Both bullpens were busy with nine pitchers used in the game as the skippers of both squads tried to finish it off.

Trevor Sealey racked up two RBIs on four hits for the Trinidad Triggers. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the first, second, and sixth innings.

Toby Eigner got the win, running his season record to 2-0. Eigner struck out two, walked none and gave up no hits.

John De Leon (0-2) took the loss for the Topeka Train Robbers (2-8). He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked four, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
