The Trinidad Triggers need walk-off solo home run to beat the Santa Fe Fuego 8-7

A walk-off solo blast from Shane Casey brought home the winning run for the Trinidad Triggers (28-13) in an 8-7 victory over the Santa Fe Fuego (22-14) in 11 innings at Central Park on Wednesday.

Casey did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Trinidad Triggers, reaching base two times. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the eleventh inning.

Brian Frazier racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Trinidad Triggers. He homered in the first inning.

Jake Swartout improved to 3-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Trinidad Triggers. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Tyler Herr was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed one run.
