The Trinidad Triggers offense erupts for 19 runs in blowout victory over the Las Vegas Train Robbers

The Trinidad Triggers (10-3) continued to pile up the runs on Wednesday, scoring three runs in the last three innings, en route to an easy 19-3 win over the Las Vegas Train Robbers (5-8) at Central Park.

The Trinidad Triggers scored eight runs in the sixth on the Trinidad Triggers scored in the sixth on a two-run double by Eric Williams, a two-run double by Caleb Bryson, an RBI double by Brian Frazier, a fielders choice, an RBI single by Matt Horan, and an RBI single by Shane Casey.

Frazier racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Trinidad Triggers.

Horan got the win for the Trinidad Triggers thanks to eight strikeouts. Horan allowed two earned runs, six hits and three walks over seven innings.

John Galinoudis led the Las Vegas Train Robbers offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the first inning and singled in the seventh inning.

Josh Stafford (0-1) was the games losing pitcher. He allowed seven runs in two innings, walked two and struck out none.

The Trinidad Triggers hammered the Las Vegas Train Robbers pitching as eight hitters had a field day, combining for 18 hits, 13 RBIs and 17 runs scored.
