4/18/2015-Three former Triggers are alive and well in affiliated baseball.

ERIC YARDLEY, who was traded to the San Diego Padres during the 2013 season is with the Padres' Class A (Advanced) Lake Elsinore Storm in the California League. Yardley was assigned to the Padres Rookie League team in Peoria, AZ, upon leaving the Triggers. He completed the 2013 season there. In 2014, he spent most of the season with the Class A Fort Wayne Tincaps of the Midwest League, but had a brief assignment to the Class AA San Antonio Missions in the Texas League, where he posted a 3.0 era.

NICK MUTZ was traded to the New Jersey Jackals of the CAN-AM League at the end of the 2013 season. After pitching only 10 innings for the Jackals, he was traded to the Padres, and spent the remainder of the season with the Padres's Class A (Short Season) team in Eugene, Oregon. Last year he was with the Fort Wayne Tincaps for most of the season, but had a short assignment to Lake Elsinore. He is assigned to Lake Elsinore for the 2015 season.

NICK RODESKY was traded to the Philadelphia Phillies at the end of the regular season (but before the playoffs) last year. He was assigned to the Phillies Rookie team in the Gulf Coast League. After excelling in his first couple of games, he was assigned to the Class A Lakewood (NJ) Blueclaws in the South Atlantic League, where he completed the season. He entered the 2015 season with the Blueclaws, but is currently on the 7-Day Disabled List. His injury appears to be minor and is expected to be playing for the Blueclaws very soon.
