The Santa Fe Fuego cruise past the Raton Osos 17-4

The Raton Osos (19-31) had a tough outing on Monday, as the Santa Fe Fuego (32-19) dominated in a 17-4 win in seven innings at Gabriele Park.

CJ Epperson got a hit in each of his two at bats. He singled in the fifth inning.

Austin Carden got the win, running his season record to 3-2. He allowed four runs over seven innings. Carden struck out 10, walked four and gave up seven hits.

Joey Perretta (1-4) was the games losing pitcher. He allowed eight runs in 1 1/3 innings, walked one and struck out one.

The Santa Fe Fuego hammered the Raton Osos pitching as seven hitters had a field day, combining for 17 hits, 14 RBIs and 16 runs scored.
