An excellent effort by CJ Epperson carried the Raton Osos (17-26) to a 7-4 win over the Taos Blizzard (16-27) on Saturday at Taos Tundra.

Epperson rocked the Taos Blizzard with two home runs. Epperson went 2-4 in the game with five RBIs and two runs scored. Epperson homered in the seventh and ninth innings.

The Raton Osos relied on Kyle Davis to eat up innings en route to the win. Davis allowed two earned runs, seven hits and three walks while striking out five over eight innings of work.

Jordan Kraus couldnt get it done on the bump for the Taos Blizzard, taking a loss. He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
